Here are the links to the paperwork Mr. Moore signed. Mr. Moore was a party to me submitting my initial grievances to Mr. Dunn and the Command. However, he likes to have other people go forward for him. Mr. Moore tried to get me to include things in my grievances that I had no knowledge of and even strip-searched Mr. Dunn's office to find a particular item he wanted me to put in my grievance but refused to do so without proof. I have found out that Mr. Moore wrote a statement against me that I do not have for yelling at people in the command center. This is the sworn statement Mr. Moore wrote for Mr. Pressley to try and prove I am crazy. But here is the story behind me yelling at people in the Command Center. I was on duty working the Consol. Mr. Moore was nowhere to be found. Mr. Dunn and Mr. Doan were having a party eating chicken wings and going on about how much money the Command Center Snack Bar makes for Mr. Dunn's Slush fund. I began receiving "FLASH" traffic. For you non-military types we began receiving Classified Message Traffic over an unsecured line. None of the contractors had a security clearance and even if they did they did not have a need to know. I called out 3 times "FLASH TRAFFIC CLEAR THE ROOM” but the party continued until I slammed my hand down on the Consul and yelled at the top of my lungs "FLASH TRAFFIC CLEAR THE ROOM." This broke up the party and I was able to process the traffic. If that makes me out of control so be it but protecting sensitive national security information is more important that being sensitive and politically correct. Please Note: What Mr. Moore Says in document Notice of Proposal for Removal. He is still claiming that I was AWOL in January, 2005 but the AWOL had been removed from my Leave and Earnings Statement. However, they did by this time place me in an AWOL status for going to ICU in their hospital and for being on Family and Medical Leave. ALso note Mr. Moore says I was out of control but no disciplenary action was ever taken against meand I had never been written up for anything except when Mr. Dunn called me AWOL because a doctor said I was too sick to work.
