The documents linked below will show how Mr. Dunn attempted illegally to make me AWOL twice. I have also included the infamous blank document that he threatened to terminate me over that means whatever he wants when he wants. If you notice in the document dated February 2, 2005 he states that I must come in person and he will decide if I am too ill to work. This is when he accused Dr. Moss of being a substandard doctor and ordered me to use the troop medical clinic even though I do not have privileges at military medical facilities. Also, notice the letter from the occupational nurse stating it was her understanding that I would not be going to work on the day he made me AWOL. That is why I had to submit my Family and Medical Leave Act Paperwork through the Occupational Nurse as per my lawyer’s instructions. Mr. Dunn had already lied once and wrote me up as AWOL and the he did it again when he refused, illegally, not to accept the Family and Medical Leave Act Request. You will notice that is you have 1250 hours of employment in the last 12 months you cannot be denied Family and Medical Leave. But he never notified me he was reporting me as AWOL until I received that documents entitled Proposal for Removal he did not dare sign that document after he gave me a heart episode. You’ll find Mr. Dunn’s arrogance stunning! No wonder Ms. Pressley had to kill and EEO investigation so her husband could do a phony one. He had to cover-up for Mr. Dunn.
