Why did he wait so long to notify anyone Ms.Martinez would not be conducting an EEO investigation after BG Hirai told me to contact her? Why did he tell Senator Stevens and Representative Young that I had to go to Fairbanks after waiting almost 2 months? Was it to give Mr. and Ms. Pressley, Mr. Dunn and, Mr. Moore time to conduct a CYA operation? Why did Colonel Reoyo assist Ms. Pressley in going against BG Hirai's wishes that Ms. Martinez conduct and investigation. Is this the typical way Colonel Reoyo supports BG Hirai? If so no wonder he cannot get an handle on his command!
Notice in the links below Colonel Reoyo received a copy of the EEO Complaint I filed as per BG Harai's request. I sent it to her via e-mail and she never responded. Look at who the e-mail was cced to and look at the attachments. She had the information to start the complaint procedures. Was she stopped by Ms. Pressley to give her husband time to do a CYA? I asked Major Bilafer in a letter if Colonel Reoyo or BG Hirai would state they never received this e-mail. He has refused to answer my letter. I guess they did answer after all!
