Who is going to do the new investigations since the US Army has proven they can't be trusted?
Why isn't the US Attorney, Nelson Cohen stepping in to protect the citizens of Alaska from these abuses?

Through lawsuits and settlement agreements, the Department of Justice has achieved greater access for individuals with disabilities in hundreds of cases. Under general rules governing lawsuits brought by the Federal government, the Department of Justice may not sue a party unless negotiations to settle the dispute have failed.
The Department of Justice may file lawsuits in federal court to enforce the ADA, and courts may order compensatory damages and back pay to remedy discrimination if the Department prevails. Under title III, the Department of Justice may also obtain civil penalties of up to $55,000 for the first violation and $110,000 for any subsequent violation.
Unless of course it's the US Army, then the US Attorney, Nelson Cohen, ignores and distorts the evidence of Civil Rights violations to promote his own upward ambitions at the cost of the honor of a disabled American veteran.

Colonel Reoyo used the statement that Wanita Pressley makes to justify covering up for Mr. Pressley’s phony investigation of my original grievances against Mr. Dunn. It was also used to justify Colonel Reoyo lie to Senator Stevens and Representative Young and it is still being used by the Command to justify doing nothing about BG Hirai’s out of control Command. Why did BG Hirai allow Ms. Pressley to cover up for her husband? What about the copy of the e-mail BG Hirai and Colonel Reoyo received to Ms. Martinez with a letter from me asking her to investigate my grievances? Will BG Hirai and Colonel Reoyo swear under oath they did not receive this e-mail? Are they willing to commit purgery to protect Mr. And Ms. Pressley? Or are they will to admit that I they did receive this e-mail? They must be very careful in answering this question. What information do I have? When I proposed this question to Major Bilafer he refused to answer (see my letter to him in the My Story section).
