The chart above explains the relationship of the US Army players involved in the assault of John Mitchell and Robin Boerner in an effort to disrupt a federal Civil Rights suit before Judge John Sedwick.
MG Charles Jacoby, also known as President Bush's Afghanistan Prison Torture cover-up general, is currently the commander of USARAK. Since Bush has nominated MG Jacoby for his third star as a thank you for successfully burying his administration's scandals that may not be for long. MG Jacoby is a West Point graduate, a point that will be obvious below.
Malcolm D. Pressley aka Don Pressley is/was the USARAK G-3 Operations Manager as well as a Military Intelligence Lt. Colonel that did the first investigation of John's civil rights violations grievances. His wife Wanita Pressley is the EEO Specialist for Ft Richardson. Since when is it acceptable US Army policy to let a husband and wife team to investigate for each other? Wanita Pressley also submitted documentation to Judge Sedwick claiming John had never submitted an EEO complaint.
Dennis J. Dunn is the former Command Center Manager for USARAK under MG Jacoby. Former 1SG of HHC USARAK. Mr. Dunn is named in the Civil Rights lawsuit before Judge Sedwick.
Tony Erne is the former Supply Sargeant for Dennis Dunn in HHC USARAK. Mr. Erne currently works for MG Jacoby in his Command Center. He is the individual at left that assaulted John and I in an effort to disrupt John's lawsuit.
Dennis L. Gum is the Anchorage Police Dept Sr. Officer the was first on the scene Feb. 17th and wrote the report on the assault of John and I. Amazingly, Officer Gum is also a Military Intelligence LT. Col. that is either Reserve or AKNG. He also is a West Point graduate. Is the West Point Protective Society working over-time to protect Jacoby? Officer's Gum's report supposedly has John and I as assaulting Tony Erne. The fact that John and I are both disabled and I received bruises on my right arm while literally holding a cane in my left in an effort to stop Tony Erne from attacking John was dismissed by police LT Randy Carroll because the over six foot tall Erne "can't help his size". With that attitude it is no wonder Alaska has one of the highest rape incidences in the nation. Boys just wanna have fun and all.
Patriot Act US Attorney Nelson Cohen's Civil Chief Gary Guarino called John's attorney to say the US Attorney wasn't taking a stand on "the incident". This is despite the fact that LT Carroll admitted that the tape at the scene has me claiming that the assault was in an effort to disrupt a federal lawsuit. A federal violation by itself.
Maybe disturbing "incidences" such as this is why John Conyer's office is investigating the near total destruction of the Civil Rights section of the Department of Justice and the replacement of career Civil Rights attorney's with Bush 43 cronies. The Patriot Act US Attorney's don't seem to understand they are not consigliere's for George Bush.
Jacoby, Dunn and Gum all claim to be Ranger and/or Special Forces.
Also, everyone named in this chart has to have a Security Clearance in order to hold the jobs they have with the US Army. Has the bar been lowered that far to allow those that use violence instead of the court system to keep these positions? Is anyone paying attention inside the Beltway to what the military is up to in Alaska?
Exactly how many Military Intelligence LT Colonels are there in Alaska? How many brownie points with Sec. of Defense Robert Gates does assaulting a 100% service connected disabled veteran get you?
The Civil Rights lawsuit against USARAK is pretty simple. John R. Mitchell now has the distinction of being made 100% disabled by the US Army twice. Once in uniform, once as a civilian US Army employee in their Command Center. In addition to that the US Army declared him AWOL from a US Army Command Center in a time of war while he was in Elmendorf AFB ICU and accused him of stealing CLASSIFIED material. Are we not at war? Are these not serious charges that should be aired in an open court of law with the press present? The details of John's story can be found on the 'My Story' page.
Former Chairmen of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Richard Myer's requested an Inspector General investigation. It was completed by LT Col James Buckingham without any evidence being submitted by John Mitchell since LTC Buckingham refused to meet with John with an attorney. The US Army IG in a letter to Rep. Don Young admitted the USARAK IG investigation was "fraudulent".
Col. David Shutt completed an AR15-6 investigation (in John's attorney's office). The US Army is refusing to release either of these investigations. Judge John Sedwick is allowing the Patriot Act US Attorney to use part of the investigations as evidence despite refusing to produce either to John's attorney.
This past Friday John's attorney amended the lawsuit at Judge Sedwick's request to add the acting Secretary of the US Army Pete Geren as Defendant.
Acting? When is Mr. Geren's US Senate confirmation?

Some of the more interesting items are Dennis Dunn's unique requirements for John to be given sick leave, a statement by David Moore given to MI LTC Malcolm Pressley (why was he working as a MI LTC that day and not G-3 Plans and Ops Director?), the LES with John AWOL, David Moore accusing John of stealing a CLASSIFED document, the letter to Rep. Don Young claiming the IG report done at Ft Richardson is "fraudulent", the letter from Richard Myer's requesting the DoD IG do an IG investigation, and the bill for $550.50 for a 50 page FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request, etc. Unfortunately they will not scan clear enough to post here.
